PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Set-up made on a TECNA welding machine for welding two oriented screws on sheet metal workpiece.
This custom fixture is equipped with a sprung support for piece, pneumatic clamping and pneumatic slides to control the correct positioning of the screws.
The part and screws are manually loaded by the operator, once the cycle is started the machine will automatically check the correct orientation of the screws and if successful will enable welding.
