Dual station Cartesian machine for welding stainless steel parts
The machine's versatility and interchangeable jigs offer the possibility of welding different parts on the same welding equipment.
The plant consists of:
- Carpentry structure where there are aluminum plates and recirculating ball bearing guides for the two axes of motion
- Fanuc control

- X-y axes controlled by brushless motors with absolute encoders

- Double station for loading/unloading parts
- Control column with touch screen for cycle management and alarms
- Perimeter fences
- Easy self-learning programming via Fanuc teach pendant keyboard and storage of user programs

- Flexibility with easy change of masking for workpiece positioning and quick recall of welding program
- TECNA welding machine with two opposed pistons and inverter technology
- Welding speed and motion (about 3 seconds per welding spot)
