Robotized line for welding dowels for fastening hinges and fasteners on walls insulated with thermal insulation.
The machine consists in:
- Fanuc robot with gripper
- Single-phase welding machine
- Pneumatic dowel transport system inside the welding island
- 10'' touch screen you can manage and control the entire welding island
- Electrodes and welding machine cooling system
- Perimeter fence and access door for operator safety
