Robotic welding line for industrial dishwashers.
The machine consists in:
- FANUC robot with interchangeable TECNA pneumatic double clamp depending on the welding to be performed
- No. 2 stations with manual loading of parts to be assembled
- Masking system for element support
- Probing gripper storage system with automatic hooking/unhooking
- Touchscreen for the entire management of the welding island
- Perimeter bulkheads and access door for operator safety
