PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Semi-automatic welding line for fog eliminators in the marine industry.
The island consists of:
- 6-station electromechanical rotary table
- No. 6 pneumatic jigs for assembling and welding parts
- Welding station consisting in a pneumatic welding clamp mounted on a cableway column
- Post-welding control station with FANUC robot equipped with laser sensor
- PLC for machine cycle management and touch screen for welding cycle display and management
- Remote assistance
- Perimeter safety fences, safety barriers and laser scanners at part loading/unloading stations for operator protection
