PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Semi-automatic line with pneumatic motion for welding components on plates for new gas meters.
The island consists of:
- 6-station electromechanical table
- No. 6 welding jigs for positioning the parts to be welded with easy interchangeability for different types of meters
- No. 2 inverter technology welding machine with pneumatic movement for various welding positions
- Automatic unloading by manipulator with electric/pneumatic handling.
- Control, by means of a sensor system placed on the unloading station, of the welded parts and any rejects.
- PLC for machine cycle management and touchscreen that allows selection of welding programs for different type of counters and machine cycle management
- Remote assistance
- Perimeter fences and safety barriers at loading stations
