Car floor screw welding machine

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Semi-automatic welding line for screws consisting of:
- Welding jig with housing for screws to be welded and platform supports
- Carpentry frame with aluminum plates and recirculating ball bearing guides for the two movement axes
- X-axis controlled by electric cylinder with stepper motor
- Mechanical cam for y-axis handling
- Welding machine with two opposing pistons, with inverter technology
- Electrical panel with plc for machine cycle control
- Perimeter safety fences with barriers to protect the operator in the loading/unloading station

The operator loads the screws into the appropriate housing and the flatbed over the supports, after which the machine cycle starts. The machine will weld the 4 screws and move to the parking position. At that point the operator can unload the part.
The machine is of interest if there is no need for maximum precision and the control and programmability of the two axes.
