GAS METER WELDING MACHINE WITH ELECTRIC MOVEMENT

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Semi-automatic line for welding components on container plates for new gas meters with electric movement.
The machine consists in:
- 6-station electromechanical table
- No. 6 welding jigs for positioning the parts to be welded, easy interchangeability for different types of gas meters
- No. 2 welding machine with inverter technology and movement by electric axes for various welding positions
- Automatic unloading by manipulator with electric/pneumatic handling.
- Control, by means of a sensor system placed on the unloading station, of the parts welded and any rejects.
- PLC for machine cycle management and touchscreen that allows selection of welding programs for different type of counters and machine cycle management
- Remote assistance
- Perimeter fences and safety barriers at loading stations
