PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Fully automatic island for making catalytic converters for moped mufflers.
The machine consists of:
- Uncoiler unit for feeding the steel foil of the catalyst interior
- Foil dragging unit and corrugated foil making for the inner catalyst assembly
- Welding and cutting group for smooth foil plus corrugated foil
- Winding and assembly assembly of inner foil with outer catalyst tube
- Circular vibrator for outer tube selection and linear vibrator for tube feeding on winding assembly
- Cnc control for machine cycle management and programming and recall of different types of catalysts
- Perimeter safety fences
