PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The machine enables automatic mounting of half-cones on the valves of motor vehicle engine heads (but it can also be made for motor vehicle engine heads)
The machine for 3-valve engine heads consists of:
- No. 2 vibrators for semicon selection
- No. 1 pneumatic manipulators on recirculating ball slides with pneumatic grippers for gripping and inserting the half-cones into the valve
- Motor head support jig with pneumatic handling system
- Control panel with touch screen and plc for machine cycle control
- Perimeter protections in transparent lexan for operator's safety
It is also possible to build the machine for heads with higher number of valves.
