PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Automatic nut/bushing loader.
It allows for greatly increased hourly production in complete safety.
The Di-No nut/bushing selection and loading system can be set up to operate either in integration with an automatic island or on a fixed pointer with manual loading.
The system, being equipped with a bench with wheels, can be positioned at the customer's discretion more or less close to the welding machine.
It consists of:
- Mobile structure with soundproofed case and door for loading nuts/bushings. Inside is located the selection system with step elevator and linear vibrator for transporting the elements to the "shooting" device.
- Pneumatic system to carry the nut from the selection system to the loading lance.
- Pneumatic nut loading lance with 300 mm stroke.
- PU hose of our own manufacture, custom made for connection between the selection system and the loading lance.
- Nut/bushing passage sensor on connecting tube.
- Electrical system with PLC and touch screen to control the loading cycle and display alarms.

A kit of upper and lower electrodes and centering pins is also served.
