PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Automatic loader of pins/screws, nuts and bushings.
Allows for greatly increased hourly production in complete safety.
The operator manually loads the part on which the small parts are to be welded, presses a bimanual control, and automatically the element is loaded and welded.
It is delivered installed on the customer's welding machine (also used) or our own supply.
It consists of:
- Mobile structure with soundproofed case with door for loading nuts/screws where the selection system with step elevator and linear vibrator for transporting the elements to the "shooting" device is located
- Pneumatic system to carry the nuts/screws from the selection system to the loading lance.
- Pneumatic loading lance with 300 mm stroke.
- PUR hose (our production) for connection between the selection system and the loading lance.
- Passage sensor on connecting tube
- Electrical system with PLC and touch screen for load cycle control and alarm displays
In addition, electrode kit and upper and lower centering pins are supplied.
Suitable for integration on automatic resistance welding islands and manually operated stationary tackers.
